SWOT analysis of the human resources in a third-grade class-A traditional Chinese medicine hospital in Beijing |

Abstract Under the background of deepening medical system reform and "healthy China", the importance of hospital human resource management has become increasingly prominent, and the scientificity of hospital human resource management has become an important factor influencing the improvement of hospital performance and long-term development. This paper takes a third-grade class-A hospital of traditional Chinese medicine in Beijing as the research object and uses SWOT analysis method to comprehensively analyze the advantages, disadvantages, opportunities and threats of human resource development in the sample hospital. On the premise of fully understanding and analyzing the current situation of human resources in hospitals, this paper proposes the development direction and key points of human resources in the third-grade class-A of traditional Chinese medicine hospitals under the current historical background, and promotes suggestions on promoting the development of human resource management and formulating human resource planning for third-grade class-A of traditional Chinese medicine hospitals from the four aspects of "selection, education, utilization and retention".
