Abstract In the information age, people are endowed with abundant information resources. Today, with the rapid development of information technology, it is particularly important to master information literacy knowledge, strengthen information literacy awareness and enhance information literacy ability. Especially, the development of scientific research is inseparable from the guarantee of information literacy. From the perspective of scientific research demand, this paper analyzes the information literacy education of undergraduates in Chinese medicine universities. In view of the existing problems of undergraduates' scientific research information literacy, the corresponding education programs and training measures are put forward in combination with the actual situation so as to enhance undergraduates′ awareness of information awareness, information knowledge, information skills, information morality and information security, and to achieve the improvement of overall scientific research level and comprehensive ability of information literacy.
