Influence of coronary heart disease patients by “internet plus+”health management intervention model |

Abstract Objective To approach influence of coronary heart disease patients by “internet plus+” health management intervention model. Methods A total of 150 cases clinical data of coronary heart disease patients in Xinhua Hospital Affiliated to Shanghai Jiaotong University School of Medical, which were divided into two group by different intervention model, control group(regular management intervention model)70 cases and detection group (“internet plus+”health management intervention model)80 cases according to intervention patterns. The self-rating anxiety scale (SAS), self-rating depression scale (SDS), control attitude scale-R (CAS-R) and self-efficacy score before and after the intervention, and the total effective rate of the two groups were observed. Results The scores of SAS, SDS, CAS-R and self-efficacy of patients before intervention were compared between two groups, the differences were no statistically significance(P > 0.05). After intervention, SAS, SDS scores of two groups were lower than those before intervention, and CAS-R, self-efficacy scores were higher than before intervention; SAS, SDS scores of observation group after the intervention were lower than the control group, the CAS-R, self-efficacy scores were higher than the control group, the clinical total effective rate of observation group was higher than the control group, the differences were statistically significant (all P < 0.05). Conclusion The application of coronary heart disease patients by “internet plus+” health management intervention model could improve bad mood, increase control attitude, self-efficacy and clinical result, it is worth to be promotion and application.
