| The design and realization of psoriasis PASI scoring system based on the access database |

Abstract This paper develops the psoriasis area and severity index (PASI) scoring system based on the access database. According to the international common used PASI evaluation method of psoriasis skin lesions area and severity degree, this system is designed. By using this system, doctors can easily input data and automatically calculate the score of PASI, which reduces the tedious procedures that doctor manually recorded data and calculated the score of PASI previously, improves the doctor′s work efficiency and accuracy. This system can also record and track the treatment status of psoriasis patients, improve the treatment efficiency and quality of psoriasis patients. This system has been tested and can run normally and stably.
