Abstract Professor Xie Jingri is a well-known Chinese medicine expert in the country. He is good at treating various medical diseases with traditional Chinese medicine. This article introduces five effective clinical cases of Professor Xie Jingri′s experience in using Gancao Xiexin Decoction, and elaborates on the differentiation and treatment of oral ulcers, chronic atrophic gastritis, chronic colitis, Sjogren′s syndrome and pruritus in different cases. Although the disease is different and the symptoms are different, it is reflected homotherapy for heteropathy in the treatment of different diseases. Meanwhile, this paper sorts out the clinical medical records according to the writing mode of clinical medical records, and analyzes each medical record in a concise and comprehensive manner. It will introduce professor Xie Jingri′s clinical experience from another aspect, reflect the thinking of traditional Chinese medicine, and provide reference for the same clinical practice.
