Abstract lncRNA is a member of the non-coding RNA family. Due to the development of biochip and sequencing technology, lncRNA does not have the function of encoding proteins, but its biological effects are constantly demonstrated. lncRNAs and miRNAs are coupled with each other and produce a clear effect in a number of pathological processes. Diabetic myocardial ischemic diseasesare the focus of perioperative prevention and treatment. lncRNAs are closely related to the occurrence and development of diabetic myocardial ischemia-reperfusion. This paper mainly describes the research progress on the relationship between the biological effects of lncRNA and ischemia-reperfusion of diabetic cardiomyopathy.
