Abstract Allergic rhinitis is a common disease in otolaryngology head and neck surgery and the most common chronic disease affecting human health. Practice has proved that, due to the long course of disease, symptoms repeated attacks, seriously affected the quality of life and mental health of patients. Therefore, in order to improve the quality of life and psychological state of patients, the correct and targeted evaluation tools should be used first to evaluate the quality of life and psychology of patients, and explore various factors affecting the quality of life and psychology of patients. In this paper, based on extensive literature review at home and abroad, the quality of life and psychological assessment tools for patients with allergic rhinitis, quality of life status, quality of life influencing factors and other aspects of the research status of review, and put forward targeted recommendations for the future clinical treatment and nursing work to provide guidance and reference.
