| Predictive care and outcomes in patients with early hairstyle severe preeclampsia and the influence of the quality of life |

Abstract Objective To explore and analyze the influence about the life quality and mother and fetus outcome of the predictive care treated in patients with early onset severe pre-eclampsia. Methods From June 2014 to June 2016, 90 cases with early onset severe pre-eclampsia treated in the First Hospital of China Medical University were selected. All the patients divided into the observational group and the control group according to the random number table, with 45 cases in each group. The control group was given to routine care, the observation group was implemented predictive care based on the control group. The maternal and infant outcomes and life quality of two groups were compared. Results The incidence rates disseminated intravascular coagulation, postpartum hemorrhage, liver and kidney function damage, heart failure, placental abruption of the observation group were decreased than those of the control group, with statistically significant difference (P < 0.05). The eutocia rate and 1 min neonatal Apgar score in the observation group were increased, the cesarean delivery rate, delivery time and neonatal asphyxia incidence in the observation group were decreased, compared with the control group (P < 0.05). The overall health, physiological function, physiological function, the body pain, vitality, social function, emotional function and emotional health score in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, with statistically significant difference (P < 0.05). Conclusion The predictive care applied to early hairstyle severe preeclampsia patients can promote outcomes and improve the quality of survival.
