| Clinical effect of Holigic vacuum microrotatotomy in treatment of complications and prognosis of nonpalpable breast nodules |

Abstract Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Holigic vacuum microrotatotomy in the treatment of complications and prognosis of nonpalpable breast nodules. Methods From February 2015 to October 2016, in Seventh People's Hospital of Hebei Province, 154 patients with nonpalpable breast nodules were selected, they were divided into two groups by random number table, with 77 cases in each group. The control group was treated with traditional small incision surgery, the experiment group was treated with Holigic vacuum microrotatotomy surgery. Operation related index, postoperative complication rate, recurrence, cosmetic effect and treatment satisfaction of two groups were compared. Results The intraoperative blood loss, operative time, incision healing time in the experiment group were less than those in control group, scar length in the experiment group were lower than those in control group, the differences were statistically significant (P < 0.05), the incidence rate of incision infection, incision dehiscence, local hematoma, breast collapse, postoperative pain in the experiment group were lower than those in control group, the differences were statistically significant (P < 0.05). All patients were followed up for 6 months, and no recurrence occurred in the two groups, the rate of excellent and good cosmetic effect in the control group was lower than the experiment group, the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). The treatment satisfaction rate in the control group was lower than the experiment group, the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion Holigic vacuum microrotatotomy can significantly reduce the amount of intraoperative bleeding in the treatment of patients with nonpalpable breast nodules, shorten the operation time and wound healing time, reduce the incidence of postoperative complications.
