运动康复路径在老年慢性心力衰竭患者康复中的应用效果

Abstract Objective To investigate the effect of exercise of rehabilitation pathway on rehabilitation treatment of elderly patients with chronic heart failure. Methods 130 elderly patients with chronic heart failure treated in the first Affiliated Hospital of Xi'an Medical University from June 2015 to June 2016 were selected. The patients were divided into experimental group and control group according to random number table, with 65 cases in each group. Patients in the control group were treated with routine nursing care, and the patients in the experimental group were treated with exercise rehabilitation therapy. After treatment, the treatment effect of the two groups of patients were observed and evaluated, including the patient's cardiac function index and the incidence of re hospitalization within 6 months after discharge. Results The total efficiency of the treatment in the experimental group patients was higher than that of the control group, with statistically significant difference (P < 0.05). After treatment, the levels of LVEDV and LVESV in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group, the level of LVEF in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group, with statistically significant difference (P < 0.05); 6-minute ambulation distance of the exp?鄄erimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group, and the readmission rate was significantly lower than that of the control group, with statistically significant difference (P < 0.05). Conclusion The rehabilitation training path can improve the motivation and initiative of the rehabilitation of patients with chronic heart failure, the indexes of cardiac function and clinical effect.
