Abstract For the maximum efficiency of hospital pharmacy the dispensing machine, to promote the implementation of hospital pharmacy automation. Combining with the actual work, this article summarizes the application of drug development process problems, develops countermeasures and implementation. After optimization, it improves dispensing machine efficiency, reduces pharmacists work intensity, and improves the working efficiency of whole pharmacy. But there are still some problems should be solved, it should continue to research and optimize the application of dispensing machine, improve the overall service level of pharmacy.
