腹腔镜右半结肠切除术与开腹手术治疗结肠癌的比较

Abstract Objective To approach clinical result of colorectal cancer radical prostatectomy by laparoscopic surgery and open surgery. Methods From January 2011 to February 2014, in Second Hospital of Yulin City, they were divided into two group by different operation treatment methods, laparoscopic surgery group (86 cases) and laparotomy group (72 cases). The record indicators related to operation, postoperative complications and local recurrence and distant metastasis of two groups colorectal cancer radical prostatectomy patients were detected. Results The incision length, intraoperatve blood soss, postoperative hospital stay, evacuation time of laparotomy group were higher than laparoscope group, operation time was shorter than laparoscope group, the differences were statistically significant (P < 0.05). The postoperative complications of laparotomy group were higher than laparoscope group, the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). The local recurrence rate and distant metastasis rate of two group were compared, the differences were not statistically significant (P > 0.05). Conclusion The laparoscope right hemicolectomy treatment colon cancer patients, operative wound is little, postoperative recovery is quick, prognosis is good，it is worth to be used.
