Effect of high risk HPV infection on the genes expression of apoptosis and proliferation in cervical intraepithelial neoplasia |

Abstract Objective To study the effect of high risk HPV infection on the expression of apoptosis and proliferation genes in cervical intraepithelial neoplasia (CIN). Methods CIN tissues and inflammatory lesions tissues received biopsy in Beijing Maternal and Child Health Care Hospital, Beijing Obstetrics and Gynecology Hospital, Capital Medical University from May 2013 to December 2016 were collected, respectively enrolled in CIN group and control group. CIN tissues were divided into <1 RLU/CO group, 1-100 RLU/CO group, >100-1000 RLU/CO group, >1000 RLU/CO group according to HPV-DNA RLU/CO. Meanwhile, cell cycle protein and its kinase, inhibitor of apoptosis proteins in cervical tissue were determined. Results Expression levels of cyclinB1, cyclinD1, cyclinE, CDK4, CDK6, Apollon, c-IAP1, Survivin, Livin mRNA in cervical tissue of CIN group were significantly higher than those of control group, with statistically significant differences (P < 0.05). Expression levels of cyclinB1, cyclinD1, cyclinE, CDK4, CDK6, Apollon, c-IAP1, Survivin, Livin mRNA in CIN cervical tissue of 1-100 RLU/CO group, >100-1000 RLU/CO group, >1000 RLU/CO group were significantly higher than those of the <1 RLU/CO group, and the higher the HPV-DNA RLU/CO, the higher the expression of cyclinB1, cyclinD1, cyclinE, CDK4, CDK6, Apollon, c-IAP1, Survivin, Livin mRNA, with statistically significant differences (P < 0.05). Conclusion High risk HPV infection in cervical intraepithelial neoplasia can increase the expression of cyclin and its kinase and inhibitor of apoptosis protein genes.
