肠造口患者社会心理适应现状及影响因素分析

Abstract Objective To study the social psychological adaptation status and its influencing factors of patients with intestinal stoma, in order to provide preconditions for the improvement of these patients′social psychological adaptation. Methods 100 patients with intestinal stoma in Affiliated Hospital of Youjiang Medical College for Nationalities from March 2014 to May 2016 were selected as the study object, and they were evaluated by OAI-20 scale . Then make the patients′OAI-20 scale assessment results were made separate comparison according to personal basic condition (gender, ages, education degree, living condition and economic condition), intestinal stoma related situation (intestinal stoma complications, intestinal stoma time, cceptance degree of intestinal stoma, self-care ability of intestinal stoma and recognition for intestinal stoma knowledge) and other situation(social support degree, emotional state, general self-efficacy and modes of medical care provider payment), and the relationship between the above mentioned factors and the social psychological adaptation status of the patients with intestinal stoma was analyzed by Logistic regression analysis. Results The OAI-20 scale results of 100 patients with intestinal stoma were bad, and the OAI-20 scale results of patients with different gender, ages, education degree, living condition, economic condition, intestinal stoma complications, intestinal stoma time, cceptance degree of intestinal stoma, self-care ability of intestinal stoma, recognition for intestinal stoma knowledge, social support degree, emotional state, general self-efficacy and ways of medical expenses had significant differences (P ＜ 0.05). The Logistic regression analysis showed those factors were all the important influencing factors for the social psychological adaptation status of the patients with intestinal stoma (P ＜ 0.05). Conclusion The social psychological adaptation status of patients with intestinal stoma are relatively bad, and the personal basic condition, intestinal stoma related situation and other situation are the important influencing factors, so they should be intervened regarding to these factors.
