Abstract This article focused on the practical requirement for trauma care organization after fatal traffic accidents. Firstly, the complexity of serious traffic accident care and the necessity of military-civilian combination rescue are analyzed. Then, difficulties in military-civilian combination rescue are systematically analyzed, including difficulties in legislation, institution, technology, and so on. And on this basis, the paper puts forward an idea about constructing military-civilian combination first aid mode of trauma in major traffic accidents, and systematically formulates from construction principle, hardware construction, and professional training. It will be a good guidance and reference for the future traffic accident rescue.
