多学科协作团队在阿尔茨海默病患者早期康复中的应用效果

Abstract Objective To explore the application of multidisciplinary collaborative teams in the early rehabilitation of patients with Alzheimer′s disease (AD). Methods Sixty patients with AD in Huzhou Third People′s Hospital of Zhejiang Province were selected as the study subjects. Thirty patients who took routine intervention from May 2016 to May 2017 were selected as the control group, and 30 patients who were implemented with multidisciplinary team on the basis of routine intervention from June 2017 to June 2018 were selected as experimental group, both groups were intervened for 6 months. After 6 months of intervention, treatment compliance, intervention satisfaction, and function score (MMSE), dementia severity score (GDS), mental behavior symptom score (NPI), daily life Ability score (ADL), quality of life score (QOL-AD) before and after 6 months of intervention were compared. Results After 6 months of intervention, the treatment compliance of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group (P < 0.05), the MMSE score of the experimental group was higher than that before the intervention and the control group, the GDS and NPI scores were lower than those before the intervention and the control group (P < 0.05), the scores of ADL and QOL-AD in the experimental group were higher than those before the intervention, and higher than the control group (P < 0.05). After 6 months of intervention, the satisfaction of group intervention was higher than that of the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion AD patients with multidisciplinary collaborative team intervention can significantly improve treatment compliance, improve cognitive function, daily living ability and quality of life, alleviate mental behavior symptoms, reduce the severity of dementia, and improve satisfaction.
