| The effect of continuous nursing on the recent recurrence and quality of life of patients with non-small-cell lung cancer chemotherapy |

Abstract Objective To explore and analyze the effect of continuous nursing on the recent recurrence and quality of life of patients with non-small-cell lung cancer chemotherapy. Methods From April 2015 to April 2016, 80 cases of patients with non-small cell lung cancer chemotherapy treated in Shengjing Hospital of Chinese Medical University were selected and divided into control group ( 40 cases) and observation group (40 cases) by random number table. The control group was treated by routine nursing, the observation group was treated by continuous nursing based on the control group. The follow-up lasted for 1 year, the recurrence, nursing satisfaction and quality of life in the two groups were observed. Results The recurrence rate in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, with statistically significant difference (P < 0.05). The nursing satisfaction in the observation group was higher than that in control group, with statistically significant difference (P < 0.05). After nursing, the scores of physical function, role function, cognitive function, emotional function and social function in the two groups was increased than before nursing, and the improvement of observation group was more remarkable than the control group, with statistically significant difference (P < 0.05). Conclusion The application of continuous nursing to patients with non-small cell lung cancer chemotherapy can reduce the recent recurrence rate, improve nursing satisfaction, and promote the improvement of quality of life.
