| Risk management of hospital logistic outsourcing service and management control measures |

Abstract Hospital logistics, as an important department of hospitals, provides an important basic guarantee for the daily operation of hospitals. Combining with the new requirements and situation of the Medical and Health System Reform, this study aims to further improve the support capability of logistic services in hospitals, and focuses on logistics outsourcing services which is a core work. Through analyzing the problems and risks in logistics outsourcing services of hospitals, this study explore and proposes detailed solutions and suggestions, so as to ensure the provision of high-quality, efficient and satisfactory logistics outsourcing services.
