动刺结合放血疗法治疗急性腰扭伤的效果

Abstract Objective To observe the effect of dynamic acupuncture therapy combined with bloodletting therapy on acute lumbar sprain. Methods A total of 100 patients with acute lumbar sprains admitted to the Affiliated Hospital of Hebei College of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Sanhe Hospital from April 2017 to December 2018 were selected as the research objects. They were divided into observation group and control group by random number table method, 50 cases in each group. The observation group was treated with acupuncture and moxibustion, and the acupoints were Futu and Xuanzhong, combined with bloodletting therapy. The control group was treated with ordinary acupuncture, and the acupoints were bilateral lumbar Jiaji, Shenyu, Zhishi, Dachangyu, Yaoyan, once a day, 5 days as a course of treatment, and the curative effects of two groups were evaluated after one course of treatment. The lumbar flexion and extension activity before and after treatment were compared between the two groups, and the Japanese Orthopaedic Association Scores (JOA) before and after treatment were observed and compared between the two groups. Results There was no significant difference in lumbar activity between the two groups before treatment (P > 0.05). The lumbar activity of the two groups were higher than that before treatment (P < 0.05), and the observation group was higher than the control group (P < 0.05). The JOA scores of the two groups were higher than those before treatment (P < 0.05), and the observation group was higher than the control group (P < 0.05). The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion The treatment of dynamic acupuncture therapy combined with bloodletting therapy has a quick onset and less adverse reactions, and the effect is better than ordinary acupuncture.
