Abstract At present, with the development of medical and health services and the reforment of modern medical health system continuously in our country. The universities of Chinese medicine in expanding every year and the number of graduates has increasing year by year, but all kinds of urban medical and health industry can provide lack of jobs. The students of Chinese medicine employment is facing enormous challenges. However, the grass-roots employment as a way of university students′ employment, has become one of the important way of traditional Chinese medicine universities graduate employment. This study focuses on strengthening the guidance of grassroots employment education for students of traditional Chinese medicine, changing the concept of traditional employment and establishing the correct concept of grassroots employment. At the same time, it not only strengthens the publicity but also education of grassroots employment to create a good employment atmosphere. We will carry out community-level employment practices to improve our overall employment capacity and strengthen the guidance of grassroots employment situation. With enhancing students' employment confidence, helping students to establish a correct concept of grassroots employment, alleviating employment pressure, and then promoting the vigorous development of grassroots medical and health services.
