照顾者参与的护理模式对子宫内膜癌患者心理状态、生活质量的影响

Abstract Objective To study the effect of caregiver participation on psychological state, life quality of endometrial carcinoma patients. Methods 102 patients with endometrial carcinoma in Beijing Obstetrics and Gynecology Hospital affiliated with the Capital University of Medical Sciences from April 2012 to December 2015 were chosen as research subject and divided into control group (55 cases) underwent routine nursing mode, observation group (47 cases) underwent caregivers participating nursing mode, according to nursing intervention mode. Before and after intervention, two group patients′ negative emotional state were assessed by SAS and SDS, hope level was assessed by HHI, quality of life was assessed by QLQ-C30. Results Before intervention, negative emotion, hope and life quality of two groups had no significant difference (P > 0.05). After intervention, SAS and SDS scores of observation group were lower than those in control group, reality scores and future attitude, take positive action, maintain close relationships with others in HHI were higher than those of control group, QLQ-C30 function scale and symptom scale, overall health status scale scores were higher than those in control group, with statistically significant difference (P < 0.05). Conclusion Caregiver participation nursing model can reduce negative emotions, improve the quality of life, improve the quality of life in endometrial carcinoma patients.
