| Discussion on elements of clinical teaching management in Chinese medical hospitals |

Abstract Clinical teaching is an important stage in the process of medical students training. The quality of clinical teaching directly affects the quality of medical students training. To strengthen the clinical teaching management and carry out clinical teaching research is of great significance in improving the quality of clinical teaching and training medical personnel. According to the clinical teaching in Chinese medical hospital, five key elements should be carried. Improvement of clinical teaching management system, strengthen the construction of teaching staff, ensure the teaching funds, standardize the clinical teaching process management, pay attention to clinical teaching evaluation. Finally improve the teaching methods and the model of clinical theory and skills and promote the quality of clinical teaching and medical students training.
