Abstract In the 21st century, with the “One Belt and One Road” policy and the development of globalization, China′s foreign medical assistance is facing new challenges. Combining with the current public hospital care medical face difficult to “send” care, care staff enthusiasm to reduce, and lack of medical treatment in the aspect of public health assistance to explore by integrating medical resources, innovative forms of aid, set up scientific training system and mutual platform, perfecting the system, etc. To build with students in medical colleges and universities of higher learning as the main body, prevention and treatment of infectious diseases as the main content of public health care model, further enrich the content of the medical care in our country, promote their international influence and diplomatic soft power.
