Abstract Clinical postgraduate students of Obstetrics and Gynecology are the main force of the doctors in clinical Obstetrics and Gynecology Department in the future. With the expansion of graduate education scale, it is important for every medical university to train Obstetrics and Gynecology postgraduates with quantity and quality at the same time. The traditional rigid education mode is unable to meet the current requirements of the clinical postgraduate students cultivation. Wechat platform will be better assist modern teaching mode. This paper discusses wechat application in practice skills and scientific research of clinical postgraduate training of Obstetrics and Gynecology, analyzes the new educational ways of postgraduate training, in order to effectively improve the clinical ability, research capability and the teaching quality of Obstetrics and Gynecology for clinical postgraduates.
