乳痛症患者艾森克个性测试的临床分析

Abstract Objective To explore the psychological characteristics and states of patients with Mastodynia. Methods The eysenck personality test questionaire (EPQ, adult version) was used to investigate 117 patients with Mastodynia from March 2016 to June 2017 in Zhuhai Hospital, Guangdong Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine including the patients′ breast pain time and breast pain level. 58 patients with breast pain grade 3 and above were applied to the test group, and 59 patients with breast pain grade 2 and below were applied to the control group. The difference of pain time, and Eysenck scale (E, N, P, L) in two groups were compared. Results The pain time of the test group was longer than that of the control group (P < 0.05); the score of E in the test group was lower than that of the contorl group (P < 0.01); the score of N in the test group was higher than that of the contorl group (P < 0.05); the score of P and L in these two group were closed (P > 0.05). Conclusion The patients with Mastodynia have the personality characteristics of ivtroversion and instability. The patients with this type of personality characteristics may be related to difficult to alleviate and recurrent breast pain.
