Abstract Public health emergency has received more and more attention of the whole society. Due to some defects still existing in our current emergency system, facing the new public health emergencies brings tremendous challenges to our country, the current emergency system is in urgent need of reform and improvement. Thus, this article presents optimizes design of emergency system, mainly including： improving the real-time monitoring system, establishing a unified command center; strengthening personnel training and team system construction; perfection of the material and funds storage; improving information system; deepening the awareness of the crisis of the public and strengthening emergency ability. It aims at providing reference and suggestion for China public health emergency management system, to further improve China public health emergency management system.
