腓肠肌腱瓣翻转加固术与改良Kessler缝合术治疗急性闭合性跟腱断裂的效果比较

Abstract Objective To analyze the clinical effect of gastrocnemius tendon flap turnover and reinforcement in the treatment of acute closed achilles tendon rupture, and to compare its effect with modified Kessler suture. Methods From April 2010 to April 2014, 50 patients with acute closed achilles tendon rupture who were treated in the Fourth Ward Department of Orthopedics, Qinghai Provincial People′s Hospital were selected as the research objects. Patients were divided into experimental group and control group according to different treatment methods, with 25 cases in each group. In the experimental group, the gastrocnemius tendon flap was used for treatment. The control group was treated with modified Kessler suture. The clinical symptoms of the two groups after treatment were observed and the clinical effects of the two groups was compared after treatment. Results After treatment, the total effective rate of the control group was 68.00%, which was significantly lower than that of the experimental group (92.00%), the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). The scores of achilles tendon activity in the two groups after 1, 5 and 10 months of treatment were higher than that before treatment, and the difference were statistically significant (P ＜ 0.05). In addition, the scores of achilles tendon activity in the experimental group after 1, 5 and 10 months of treatment were higher than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P ＜ 0.05). Conclusion The application of gastrocnemius tendon flap turnover reinforcement has a better clinical effect in the adjuvant treatment of this disease, with less intraoperative blood loss and better recovery after surgery. This treatment method is safer than the modified Kessler suture.
