Determination the contents of six compounds in Gansuibanxia Decoctions by high performance liquid chromatography |

Abstract Objective To establish a HPLC method for simultaneous determination of six compounds (uridine, carnine, guanosine, albiflorin, liquiritin, liquiritin apioside) in Gansuibanxia Decoctions, in order to provide a theoretical basis for the quality control of Gansuibanxia Decoction. Methods The Agilent TC-C18 column (4.6 mm×250 mm×5 μm) was used at 30℃ with acetonitrile-water (gradient elution) as the mobile phase; the detective wavelength was 254 nm; the flow rate was 1.0 mL/min; the injection volume was 20 μL. Results Every standards showed a good linear relationship in the linear range, the correlation coefficients were all more than 0.9995. The recoveries were in the range of 98.1%-101.2%. RSDs were all less than 3.3%. Conclusion The method established in this paper is simple and fast with good accuracy and repeatability. It may lay the foundation for the quality control of Gansuibanxia Decoctions.
