Abstract To summarize the clinical experience of Professor PENG Kang on treating headache with scorpio concentrate granules. Headache is a common clinical disease, with various etiologies and complicated mechanisms. Professor PENG thinks that patients with complex headache should be treated with tonifying qi and blood, eliminating phlegm and free channels, extinguishing wind to relieve pain for the law. Prescriptions on the basis of Buyang Huanwu Decoction, Buzhong Yiqi Decoction, Chaihu Shugan Decoction and Taohong Siwu Decoction are used. Professor PENG pays attention to treat from liver, and adds with insect medicine scorpion to relieve the liver and extinguish the wind, expel the wind to dredge collaterals. Professor PENG flexibly uses scorpio concentrate granules in treating headaches which enlightens the later studies.
