Abstract Based on the characteristics of traditional health physical education, this paper explores the application of the four-season health theory of traditional Chinese medicine in traditional health physical education, and puts forward the importance of the four-season theory of traditional Chinese medicine to traditional health physical education, proposing new ideas and methods for teaching, giving play to the teaching characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine colleges and universities, cultivating students′ traditional Chinese medicine thinking, improving the application ability of TCM theory, and leading traditional health physical courses in traditional Chinese medicine colleges and universities.
