Analysis of changes of amniotic fluid and blood biochemical characteristics in patients with abnormal idiopathic amniotic fluid volume |

Abstract Objective To investigate the changes of amniotic fluid and blood biochemical characteristics in patients with advanced idiopathic amniotic fluid. Methods From January 2017 to June 2018, 33 pregnant women with idiopathic oligohydramnios in late pregnancy who underwent prenatal examination and delivered in Zhuozhou Hospital of Hebei Province were selected as group A, and 43 pregnant women with idiopathic hydramnios in late pregnancy were selected as group B, 52 pregnant women with normal amniotic fluid volume were selected as group C at the same period. The levels of potassium, sodium, chlorine, calcium, urea nitrogen, creatinine, carbon dioxide binding capacity, glucose, total protein and osmotic pressure in werum and amniotic fluid of three groups were observed. Results There was no significant difference in amniotic fluid potassium, chlorine, carbon dioxide binding capacity, urea nitrogen and total protein levels among the three groups (P > 0.05). The levels of amniotic fluid sodium, calcium, glucose and osmotic pressure in group A were lower than those in group B and C, and the levels of creatinine were higher than those in group B and group C, and the differences were statistically significant (P < 0.05). There was no significant difference in serum potassium, sodium, chlorine, calcium, carbon dioxide binding capacity, glucose, urea nitrogen, creatinine, total protein and osmotic pressure among the three groups (P > 0.05). Conclusion The idiopathic amniotic fluid (IAF) is not associated with serum and amniotic fluid biochemical changes in pregnant women, and there are abnormal changes in amniotic fluid biochemical components in IAF pregnant women, but the detailed mechanism remains to be further studied.
