Clinical study of Xuebijing combined with basic fibroblast growth factor in the treatment of Ⅱ and Ⅲ degree burn residual wounds |

Abstract Objective To study the clinical effect of Xuebijing combined with basic fibroblast growth factor in the treatment of Ⅱ and Ⅲ degree burn residual wounds. Methods From January 2015 to January 2018, in Shaanxi Ankang Certral Hospital, Ⅱ, Ⅲ degree of 81 cases of burn patients were chosen. According to random number table method, they were divided into observation group (41 cases) and control group (40 cases). Two groups were given conventional debridement and disinfection processing, the control group was given rh-bFGF treatment, on basis of which, observation group was given Xuebijing treatment, after 2 weeks of treatment, the contrast effect, pathogen clearance, cytokines, visual analogue scale (VAS) and self-evaluation of anxiety scale (SAS) score of the two groups were compared, the residual wound healing time and drug adverse reactions of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group, and the healing time of the residual wounds was significantly shorter than that of the control group, with statistically significant differences (P < 0.05). After treatment, the pathogen clearance rate of both groups was higher than that before treatment, and the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group, with statistically significant differences (P < 0.05). After treatment, CRP, PCT and L-1β, IL-6, tumor TNF-α levels, VAS and SAS scores of the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment, the indexes above in the observation group were significantly lower than the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P < 0.05). There was no statistically significant difference in adverse drug reactions between the two groups (P > 0.05). Conclusion Application of Xuebijing combined with rh-bFG in the treatment of Ⅱ, Ⅲ degree burn remnant wounds has good effect, high safety, which can increase the clearance rate of bacterium of cause of disease, lower levels of cytokines, improve the quality of life.
