Contrastive study of the effect of Rocuronium Bromide and Cisatracurium Besilate on hemodynamics and stress response in patients with radical mastectomy of breast cancer |

Abstract Objective To compare the effect of Rocuronium Bromide and Cisatracurium Besilate on anesthesia induction in patients with radical mastectomy of breast cancer. Methods A total of 97 patients who received radical mastectomy for breast cancer in NO.215 Hospital of Shaanxi Nuclear Industry from March 2015 to March 2018 were selected as study objects. According to the methods of anesthesia induction, patients were divided into research group (45 cases) and control group (52 cases). The anesthesia induction drug of the research group was Rocuronium Bromide, and the anesthesia induction drug of the control group was Cisatracurium Besilate. The anesthesia effect time, anesthesia time, tracheal extubation time were compared between the two groups; levels of hemodynamics, stress related index before anesthesia induction (T1), after anesthesia induction (T2), and the time of 3 min after laryngeal mask placement (T3) were compared between the two groups respectively; the adverse reactions of two groups were observed. Results The effective time of anesthesia in the research group was significantly lower than the control group, while the duration of anesthesia and the duration of trachea extubation were significantly higher than the control group (P < 0.05). At T2 and T3, the mean arterial and heart rate of the research group were significantly lower than the control group (P < 0.05). The levels of epinephrine and norepinephrine in the research group at T2 and T3 were significantly lower than the control group (P < 0.05 or P < 0.01). The incidence of adverse reactions in the research group was 8.89%, which was significantly lower than 28.85% of the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion Compared with Cisatracurium Besilate, Rocuronium Bromide is more effective in induction of anesthesia for patients with radical mastectomy of breast cancer, which is beneficial to maintain hemodynamic stability, relieve stress reaction and reduce the occurrence of adverse reactions, which is worthy of clinical application.
