| Combined treatment of traditional Chinese and Western medicine for one case with polypoid choroidal vascular disease |

Abstract Polypoidal choroidal vasculopathy (PCV) is a kind of ocular retinal disease which seriously affects people′s visual function. In the continuous exploration, people's understanding of PCV is getting deeper and deeper not only in Western medicine treatment, but also in the field of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM). In this paper, the PCV patients are injected by Conbercep intravitreal injection with both eyes. The TCM differentiation combined treatment of replenishing qi and blood, tonifying liver eyesight and activating blood circulation was also given. The clinical therapeutic effect is better, and the advantages of combination of TCM and Western medicine in the treatment of PCV are fully reflected.
