Abstract Anejaculation is one of the common and difficult diseases in andrology, its cause is not very clear, there is no recognized treatment method in western medicine, and Chinese medicine classifies it as “essence stasis” and “essence closure”. Anejaculation located in the “essence chamber” of lower jiao. As a result of long course of the disease, pathological changes of deficiency and blood stasis are likely to appear. Professor Li Haisong believed that the main pathogenesis of this disease was kidney deficiency and blood stasis bases on traditional theory of Chinese medicine. The therapeutic principle of nourishing kidney, promoting blood circulation, and inducing resuscitation method, combination of tonifying deficiency and releasing excess, simultaneous treatment of body and mind were put forward by Professor Li Haisong to recover the normal production and excretion of semen. Meanwhile, it has achieved remarkable curative effect. The special summary is as follows. And the case is attached for analysis.
