童年教养方式对抑郁症患者青少年人格发展的影响

Abstract Objective To explore the influence of childhood rearing style on personality development of depression patients. Methods From January 2020 to December 2021, a total of 324 patients with depression (depression group) were selected from the outpatient clinic of Guanganmen Hospital of the Chinese Academy of Chinese Medical Sciences, and 328 normal subjects (control group) who matched the age, gender, years of education, and whether they were only children in the national urban population norm database of Wang Weidong’s retrospective personality developmental inventory (WMPI) were selected. The WMPI scale was used to compare the differences in childhood parenting style and adolescent personality development between the two groups. and the effect of childhood parenting styles on personality development in adolescence in the depression group. Results The scores of punishment, harshness, excessive interference, indulgence, contradictory education and neglect protection in depression group were higher than those in control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05). Conclusion The parenting style of depressed patients has a significant impact on their personality development during adolescence. Especially in terms of doting, neglect of protection, excessive interference, etc.
