ICU机械通气患者实施血栓风险评估下分级预防护理对下肢深静脉血栓作用效果

Abstract Objective To evaluate the effect of graded preventive nursing on lower limb deep vein thrombosis (DVT) in patients with mechanical ventilation in intensive care unit (ICU) under risk assessment of thrombosis. Methods A total of 89 patients with mechanical ventilation treated in the ICU of the Second People’s Hospital of Lianyungang, Jiangsu Province from May 2020 to May 2022 were selected, and they were divided into control group and study group by random number table method, with 45 cases in each group. The control group received routine thrombus preventive nursing intervention, and the study group received thrombus hierarchical preventive nursing under risk factor assessment. The peak blood flow velocity, blood flow index, coagulation function, and the occurrence of DVT were compared between the two groups before and after nursing. Results After nursing, the average blood flow velocity and peak blood flow velocity of femoral vein in both groups were higher than those before nursing, and the study group was higher than the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05). Plasma viscosity and D-dimer index levels were lower than those before nursing, and the study group was lower than the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05). The incidence of DVT in study group was lower than that in control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05). Conclusion Graded preventive nursing under thrombus risk assessment is helpful to improve the level of hemorheology and coagulation function, and reduce the incidence of DVT in lower limbs.
