Application of flipped classroom under the guidance of working process-orientation teaching mode in "pharmaceutical service" training |

Abstract To further promote the innovation of pharmacy teaching reform in He′nan Medical College, improve the teaching level of practical training of "pharmaceutical service", enhance students′ "pharmaceutical service" professional skills, enhance students′ interest in learning, give play to students′ learning enthusiasm and innovation, we combined working process-orientation teaching mode with flipped classroom applying to the practical teaching of "pharmaceutical service" training in higher vocational college. Two classes with similar academic performance and learning ability were used as experimental subjects, and the two training contents were carried out in group experiment. The results is that, it is better than traditional teaching mode. This teaching method can increase the interaction between teachers and students, and also shorten the distance between teaching and work. It can highlight the dominant position of students, strengthen the training of students′ independent learning management ability, enhance students′ comprehensive employ ability, improve the teaching effect. It is a teaching method worthy of promotion.
