超声辅助水平式乳腺微创旋切术在乳腺浅表肿物切除中的应用

Abstract Objective To investigate the application effect of ultrasonic-assisted horizontal minimally invasive breast gyrotomy in excision of superficial breast masses. Methods A total of 86 patients with superficial breast masses admitted to Shengzhou Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2019 to March 2022 were selected and they were divided into study group and control group by random number table method, with 43 cases in each group. The control group received traditional vertical minimally invasive breast gyrotomy, while the study group received ultrasound-assisted horizontal minimally invasive breast gyrotomy. The perioperative related indicators, postoperative pain, postoperative complications, cosmetic effects, and prognosis were compared between the two groups. Results There was no significant difference in incision length and healing time between the two groups (P＞0.05). The operation time of the study group was shorter than that of the control group, the intraoperative blood loss in the study group was lower than that in the control group (P＜0.05). The visual analogue scale (VAS) scores of both groups were lower at 24 h after surgery than that at 6 h after surgery (P＜0.05), and the VAS score of the study group was lower than that of the control group at 6 and 24 h after surgery (P＜0.05). The total incidence of complication of the study group was lower than that of the control group (P＜0.05). The vancouver scar scale score of the study group was lower than that of the control group at six months after surgery (P＜0.05). Six months after surgery, there was no difference in the residual rate of tumor between the two groups (P＞0.05). Conclusion Ultrasound-assisted horizontal minimally invasive breast gyrotomy is effective in resection of superficial breast tumors. It can shorten the operation time, reduce the surgical trauma and postoperative pain, promote the recovery of patients, and improve the cosmetic effect. The prognosis is good, and it is safe and reliable.
