胆清胶囊联合熊去氧胆酸胶囊治疗保胆取石术后结石复发的临床效果

Abstract Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Danqing Capsules combined with Ursodeoxycholic Acid Capules in the treatment of stone recurrence after gallbladder preserving lithotomy. Methods Sixty-nine patients who underwent endoscopic minimally invasive gallbladder preserving lithotomy in Nanjing Integrated Chinese and Western Medicine Affiliated to Nanjing University of Chinese Medicine from April 2014 to April 2016 were selected as the research subjects. The patients were divided into control group (n = 34) and study group (n = 35) according to the random number table method. The patients in the control group were treated with Ursodeoxycholic Acid Capules, and the study group was treated with Ursodeoxycholic Acid Capules and Danqing Capsules. The patients′ clinical efficacy in the two groups after 2 months of treatment was compared, the patients′ gallbladder index in the two groups before and after treatment was compared, the patients′ adverse reactions in the two groups during the treatment were observed. After two years of follow-up, the recurrence was observed. Results The total effective rate of patients in the study group was higher than that of control group, there was a significant difference between the two groups (P ＜ 0.05). After treatment the thickness of the gallbladder wall in the two groups was lower than that before treatment, and the study group was lower than the control group (P ＜ 0.05), the gallbladder contraction rate was higher than that before treatment, and the study group was higher than the control group (P ＜ 0.05). The recurrence rate after treatment for 2 years of study group was lower than that of control group, the difference was statistically significant (P ＜ 0.05). There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups (P ＞ 0.05). Conclusion Danqing Capsules combined with Ursodeoxycholic Acid Capules in the treatment of gallstone recurrence after cholecystolithiasis is effective and safe, it can effectively reduce the recurrence of gallstones and improve the function of gallbladder, and it has certain clinical value.
