健儿止泻推拿技术治疗小儿迁慢性腹泻的临床效果

Abstract Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Jian’er zhixie massage technology in the treatment of children persistent and chronic diarrhea. Methods A total of 60 children with persistent and chronic diarrhea treated in outpatient department of Wangjing Hospital of China Academy of Chinese Medical Sciences from June to December 2019 were selected as research objects. According to the order of treatment, they were divided into control group and observation group, with 30 cases in each group. The control group was treated with basic treatment and diet adjustment, and observation group was added Jian’er zhixie massage technology on the basis of control group, the treatment time was seven days. The clinical efficacy of two groups was compared; the score of frequency of stool, the characteristics of stool, and the total score of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome were compared between two groups before and after treatment. Results The clinical efficacy of observation group was better than that of control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05). After treatment, the score of frequency of stool, the characteristics of stool, and the total score of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome in observation group were lower than those before treatment; the score of characteristics of stool and the total score of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome in control group were lower than those before treatment, and the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05). After treatment, the score of frequency of stool, the characteristics of stool, and the total scores of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome in observation group were lower than those in control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05). Conclusion Jian’er zhixie massage technology is effective in the treatment of children persistent and chronic diarrhea, and can improve the traditional Chinese medicine syndrome as a whole. This method is simple and easy to operate, good compliance, is a better treatment for children persistent and chronic diarrhea.
