Application of “Internet +” health management nursing intervention in patients with atherosclerosis |

Abstract Objective To analyze the application effect of “Internet +” health management nursing intervention in patients with atherosclerosis (AS). Methods A total of 100 AS patients who were detected in the Cadre Medical Examination Center, Jiangsu Provincial People’s Hospital from January 2020 to January 2022 were selected, and they were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method, with 50 cases in each group. The control group was given routine nursing intervention, and the observation group was given “Internet +” health management nursing intervention on the basis of the control group. The exercise of self-care agency scale (ESCA) score, self-report psychosocial adjustment to illness scale (PAIS-SR) score and medication compliance were compared between the two groups. Results After nursing, the ESCA scores of the two groups were higher than those before nursing, and that of the observation group was higher than that of the control group (P<0.05). After nursing, the scores of PAIS-SR in the two groups were lower than those before nursing, and that of the observation group was higher than that of the control group (P<0.05). The medication compliance of the observation group was better than that of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion “Internet +” health management nursing intervention can effectively improve the social adaptation ability, self-care ability and medication compliance of AS patients in health examination centers, and win the recognition and approval of patients.
