Abstract Traditional Chinese medicine is an important part of Chinese traditional culture, which contains rich elements of ideological and political education. This paper analyzes the necessity of integrating ideological and political education in traditional Chinese medicine curriculum into traditional Chinese medicine culture and the significance of their integration. This paper puts forward some ways to strengthen the construction of teaching staff, deepen the teaching reform and improve the evaluation mechanism, comprehensively promoting the combination of discipline development and curriculum ideological and political construction to achieve the coordinated development.
