腹部针刺合盆底肌训练治疗脑卒中后便秘的临床效果

Abstract Objective To observe the clinical effect of abdominal acupuncture combined with pelvic floor muscle training in the treatment of post stroke constipation. Methods Ninety patients with poststroke constipation admitted to the First People’s Hospital of Zhangjiagang, Jiangsu Province from May 2019 to July 2021 were selected and they were divided into control group A (pelvic floor muscle training), control group B (abdominal acupuncture), and study group (abdominal acupuncture combined with pelvic floor muscle training) by random number table method, with 30 cases in each group. The traditional Chinese medicine symptom score, gastrointestinal function, modified Rankin Scale (mRS), and patient-assessment of constipation quality of life scale (PAC-QOL) were compared before and after treatment among the three groups. Results After treatment, the traditional Chinese medicine symptom scores of the three groups were lower than those before treatment, and the study group was lower than control group A and control group B (P＜0.05). After treatment, the resting anal pressure of the three groups was higher than that before treatment, and the study group was higher than that of control group A and control group B (P＜0.05). After treatment, mRS scores and PAC-QOL scores of the three groups were lower than those before treatment, and the study group was lower than control group A and control group B (P＜0.05). Conclusion Abdominal acupuncture combined with pelvic floor muscle training in the treatment of poststroke constipation has definite clinical effect, which can improve the neurological function, gastrointestinal function and quality of life of patients.
