危重孕产妇与精神障碍关系的研究进展

Abstract Maternal near miss (MNM) have become the focus of maternal health research in recent years and efforts have been made to reduce the incidence of MNM worldwide. MNM events cause serious harm to the physiology of pregnant women, resulting in a series of negative emotions and even more prone to mental disorders. This paper comprehensively discusses the negative effects of MNM events, the correlation between MNM and mental disorders and the research progress of corresponding intervention measures, aiming to provide theoretical basis and method reference for reducing the long-term impact of severe complications on the mental psychology of pregnant women. Meanwhile, it emphasizes the importance of multi-faceted joint intervention to control the adverse emotions as soon as possible to reduce the risk of mental disorders.
