| Visual analysis of acupoint massage for chemotherapy induced nausea and vomiting based on CiteSpace |

Abstract Objective To explore the research hotspot and development trend of acupoint massage (AM) in the treatment of chemotherapy-induced nausea and vomiting (CINV) by using CiteSpace software. Methods The relevant literatures on AM treatment of CINV from CNKI database were retrieved from the establishment of the database to December 31, 2021 and visualized by CiteSpace 6.1.R2 software. Results A total of 176 related literatures were included, and the number of publications showed an increasing trend. Zhang Yali published the most articles. The main research institutions were Jiangsu Province Hospital of Chinese Medicine, Shuguang Hospital Affiliated to Shanghai University of Traditional Chinese Medicine, Jiangsu Provincial Subei People’s Hospital and other institutions. The main keywords were chemotherapy, acupoint massage, vomiting and there were 10 types of keywords cluster; the research focus was mainly on the effect of acupoint massage on gastrointestinal function and immune function. Conclusion The research on AM treatment of CINV is heating up gradually, and high-quality research is still needed to explore the standard treatment regimen, objective evaluation indicators, and internal mechanism of action
