认知行为疗法干预联合阴阳调理灸对更年期肥胖患者的影响

Abstract Objective To explore the influence of cognitive behavioral therapy intervention combined with yin and yang regulating moxibustion on menopausal obese patients. Methods A total of 80 menopausal obese patients admitted to Hubei Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2021 to June 2022 were selected as research subjects and they were divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random paper method, with 40 cases in each group. The control group was given cognitive behavioral therapy intervention combined with moxibustion. The observation group was given cognitive behavioral therapy intervention combined with yin and yang regulating moxibustion. The body mass index (BMI), hip circumference, the waist circumference, qi deficiency symptom score, and the impact of weight on quality of life-life(IWQOL-Lite) score were compared. Results Before intervention, there were no significant differences in BMI, hip circumference, waist circumference, qi-deficiency symptom score and IWQOL-Lite score between the two groups (P＞0.05). After intervention, BMI, hip circumference, waist circumference, qi-deficiency symptom score, and IWQOL-Lite score in two groups were lower than before intervention, and observation group was lower than control group, the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05). Conclusion Cognitive behavior therapy intervention combined with yin-yang conditioning moxibustion can improve menopausal obesity symptoms, improve qi deficiency symptom and IWQOL-Lite score, it is worth to be used.
