Abstract The incidence of infertility is increasing year by year, and it will become the third largest disease in the world after tumors and cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, bringing great impact to families and society. Platelet-rich plasma is rich in a variety of bioactive substances, which has biological effects of promoting cell proliferation, promoting angiogenesis, modulating inflammation, and immune regulation. Intrauterine perfusion platelet plasma therapy may improve pregnancy outcomes in patients with recurrent implantation failure, and may be a promising new treatment strategy. This article summarizes the efficacy, safety and limitations of platelet-rich plasma in patients with repeated implantation failure, and elucidates its potential mechanism for improving endometrial receptivity, in order to provide new ideas for clinical diagnosis and treatment.
