Abstract Children′s femoral neck fracture is a disease with a low clinical incidence. With the continuous development of society, children with femoral neck fractures caused by high-energy injuries are increasing. If the disease is not effectively treated, it will seriously affect the development of hip joints in children. At present, there are many treatments for femoral neck fractures in children, but clinically there is no unified and effective treatment plan. In this paper, the anatomical characteristics, treatment methods and complications of children′s femoral neck are discussed. It focuses on the analysis of the choice of different types of fracture treatment options and the feasibility of 3D printing technology and the development of a new type of child-specific fixation device for this disease, and in order to provide ideas for the treatment and research of femoral neck fractures in children.
