Abstract In order to explore the clinical value of traditional Chinese medicine in urinary incontinence after radical prostatectomy, this article reviewed the clinical experience reports in recent years. The traditional Chinese medicine treatment principle of radical prostatectomy treatment is based on “replenish kidney qi”, and the treatment methods are increasingly diversified, traditional Chinese medicine (Mantis Egg-case, Astragalus membranaceus, Codonopsis pilosula, etc.), acupuncture, moxibustion, and electroacupuncture, and other methods can effectively alleviate urinary incontinence symptoms. However, at present, the treatment method has not been standardized, and there is a lack of multi-center and large sample clinical trials, and further research and exploration are expected.
